I make great books happen, leveraging my unique skill set as a bestselling author, seasoned book coach, acquisitions editor and thinking partner.  

 

For authors, I work as a collaborative writer/ghostwriter on idea-driven nonfiction and prescriptive memoir from initial concept to publication, tailoring the process to meet specific needs. That includes determining the best publishing path forward and acting as a liaison between authors, agents and editors.

 

For individuals involved in their own writing process - whether they have the seed of an idea or have been struggling with a manuscript for years – I work as a literary coach and book doula, employing creative strategies to help them tap into the deep think of their projects and bring to life the true stories that want to be told. Along the way, I help writers clarify their book’s DNA, tackle craft-related issues, hold themselves accountable for the process, and weave together narrative threads to create an eminently readable book.
